Payments are scheduled monthly and must be made online following our payment deadlines (to be shared via whatsapp).
It is recommended that your child be enrolled in our tutoring sessions for a minimum of one Term (12 weeks) - This is to effectively assist and monitor their progress.
The program uses a reserved- space system, which means your monthly payment secures your childโs spot on their scheduled days each week. As a result, payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or reduced due to absences. This is necessary to maintain the program, including overhead expenses such as rent, utilities, materials, and staffing, which remain fixed regardless of attendance.
We understand that students may occasionally miss sessions due to illness or other obligations, so we have put the following make-up policy in place:
- If a student misses a class, they may schedule a make-up session on an alternate day (e.g., Tues/Thur or Mon/Wed)
- Make-up sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to available space.
- Students cannot attend on another day without contacting and confirming with us first.
- Make-ups should be completed within the same week or the following week.
- Make-up sessions are limited and will be scheduled based on available space to ensure fairness to all students.
- A maximum of 2 students can be accommodated for make-up sessions within a given week.
- If a student misses an entire week due to illness, they may attend one extra day the following week, and one extra day the week after, once space is available.
- If a student misses two weeks or more, contact us directly so we can discuss the situation and explore possible options. Full payment remains required, as a student's place in the program is reserved regardless of attendance. We'll do our best to support the student's learning, but we cannot guarantee that all missed sessions will be recovered, as doing so may impact class schedules and the learning experience of other students.
Also, note that some months contain five tutoring weeks instead of four. When this occurs, an additional weekโs fee will be added to your payment for that month.
We also kindly ask that parents notify us in advance if a student will be absent, so we can better manage scheduling.
Consistent attendance is extremely important for your childโs progress. When students attend regularly, we can track their development, identify weaknesses, and provide the support they need to improve. Gaps in attendance make this process much more difficult.
Additionally, consistent payment and attendance are essential to the program's smooth operation and sustainability, enabling us to continue offering structured and effective support for all students.

Little Dreamers Academy operates on an annual tuition fee. Parents/guardians may select the payment option that best suits their family's needs.
Tuition payments must be made by the due dates outlined in the selected payment plan. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child's account remains current throughout the school year.
Tuition is paid toward the child's reserved placement and annual preschool programme and is not calculated based on daily attendance. Therefore, full tuition remains payable if a child is absent due to illness, vacation, family commitments, or other personal reasons.
Tuition payments are non-refundable once the school term has commenced. Little Dreamers Academy does not provide refunds, credits, or deductions for missed school days.
A 3-day grace period will be provided after each payment due date.
If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, we will send a written payment reminder and ask that the parent/guardian settle the balance or discuss a payment arrangement with the Academy.
If tuition continues to remain outstanding and no approved payment arrangement has been made, Little Dreamers Academy reserves the right to suspend educational services and discontinue the child's enrollment following written notice to the parent or guardian.
Parents/guardians will be given notice of the outstanding balance and an opportunity to communicate with the Academy before enrollment is discontinued.
Little Dreamers Academy understands that unexpected financial circumstances may arise. Parents/guardians experiencing difficulty making a payment are encouraged to communicate with the Academy before the payment deadline.
Any alternative payment arrangement must be discussed and approved by the Academy in advance. Approval of a payment arrangement is at the discretion of Little Dreamers Academy and must be confirmed in writing.

By enrolling a child at Little Dreamers Academy, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the tuition and payment terms outlined in this policy.
